My Art, My Writing
Writing is a solitary and deeply personal endeavor but I love it. I published my first book, What's Beyond Loving... in March of 2003 through Writer's Club Press. I spent the next 10 years writing poetry I call, Pieces of Light. Pieces of Light will be published in 2025 and will be accompanied by curated selections of my photography.
I have just begun a writing collaboration with the other 4 members of my family that is expected to come out in early 2026. I also write about the arts and events for a local magazine in Ormond Beach Florida. Lastly, there is my blog, The Art of Life where I write about art, nature, travel and most of all beauty. What's Beyond Loving...

No one has, nor will they ever write a book telling you how to raise your child, that's impossible! No one knows what to do for your child better than you do because no one loves them the way you do. No one wants more for them than you do. No one is more perfectly suited to give them what they need than you are. What's Beyond Loving is about helping parents recognize opportunities for growth and development throughout life, in both ourselves and our children. It's about learning to identify what we want for our children and from the parenting experience itself. It is my hope that those who read What's Beyond Loving will recognize the ethereal connection between parent and child and learn to appreciate and utilize this great gift for the benefit of our children as well as ourselves.
